silver cup...more pics more info,,,,please help

hi all....this is a small cup. on the bottom is a tree symbol then says colonial silver co.  and the numbers stamped 1120...with the 2 being double stamped...any info would be appreciated...the cup is 2 1/2 inches high, 2 1/2 inches around...

Height and diameter would also be helpful. Just from the photos it looks like a baby cup to me, like one given as a gift when a baby is born or christened. Sometimes they are engraved with a child's name or initials.
