Age and value on J.L. Schilling scooter and tricycle?
« on: February 21, 2010, 04:52:32 pm »
I have the below items from J.L. Schilling Co. of New York.  They are both in good shape.  The scooter Model is Schilling 501 Scooter, and the Model on the tricycle is a 503.  Thanks in advance for any info.

The J L Schilling Company of New York operated in the 1940's.  They are better known for their train sets (which Marx copied).  They are also renowned for their children's books.

Can't find anything yet on the scooters...so....Bu mp!

We have only had one other asked about on this site in the past year.

Not that they aren't collectible....most people do not think they are worth much.

You might want to contact a site like this and ask.  Who knows, they may answer!

Theres not a lot of value here. a used metal scooter sell's in the $40.00 Dollar range and that's pushing, the value.
