karlsbader german porcelain and gold plate

Is anyone familiar with this porcelain?  This has been in my family since the 60's and I can't seem to find anything about it.

I am sure that we have at least one person who is very familiar with it.  Chris Marshal will be by soon I am sure and hopefully give his expertise on this!

It is noted on his site as an unidentified maker but he may have more info on it since then!
