Welcome to the forum bryan!  Are there any other markings on the back? Is so, can you please post a pic of it or them?

Welcome to the forum , bryan-xtc .

As KC mentioned , it would be nice to see more images of your cool little mirror item .

As to it's value , is this item something you've had for awhile & know anything of it's history ? - often the value of an item has emotional value (both 'good&bad') .
Antiques that have a documented , or somewhat documented , history will usually draw more bucks from collectors .

Sometimes the greatest value of an antique is in the pleasure of simply having (or seeing) it .

Are you asking for/about an insurance value , retail , etc .  ?  ..... The reigon of 'the' country will also affect these prices , since it's sorta normal for prices on specific types of items to vary from place - to - place .

Would like to see the bottom side of the mirror as well.  (A pic of the opposite end of the top.)

This could very well be an original hall mirror....or could have gone on a cabinet and was converted.

I'm thinking a hall mirror as well. Nice looking piece.

Beautiful! Is it just me, or does this look like it was once attached to a dresser or a buffet piece?

I was thinking that, Tales, but it looks a bit too tall. What's the height, Bryan?

I had wondered the same as Tales. Had actually come across one very similar set on a sideboard/buffet. Then I noticed the two 'ball' decorations on the bottom of this one.........would it be possible to set this on another piece of furniture with those in place?

Yes, those ball decorations have me wondering. I don't think it could attach with those there. It sure is shaped like it was on a buffet/dresser though, and they don't look like they were added later... There's no evidence that the might be covering the piece that would have hung down behind a dresser/buffet, is there? Just speculating, I'm probably off about this.

Yes, that flat bottom just seems strange for a wall mirror to me!

Yes, that's very true. The only thing that's still bugging me is the height. It just seems too tall. This is gonna bug me :) I see it's already bugging you guys (Tales and Sapphire :P)

bryan, can you give us the dimensions at least?

I was thinking it would look good on a cabinet as well...that is why I was asking for a pic of the bottom of the piece.

Just a little odd the more I look at it to have the round pieces.

Any places where hooks may have been at one time or another (or still are)?
