Creamer Cup

I have an old creamer cup that has painted roses on it and on the bottom it has an etched in 1 1/2  and then it has the word Germany in red with the number 210 on it. Anyone have any ideas about this piece? I found it in my mother's home after she passed away and was told it was worth money
