need help with value

Can anyone tell me if they have any idea of the value of this? or how old it is? its made in japan by Rossini, here are some pics.

Rossini was made for export from Japan.

Very few carry a big price tag - average between $5 to $20.  However, an item like Topo Gigio can bring in $100+ even in this market.
