Miniature display of swords from Madrid

I have this miniature display of swords that I am hoping to get a little more information about, and possibly get a rough estimate of what it might be worth. There are 12 miniature swords surrounding a stand. At the top of each of the swords 'blades' is the word "Toledo". There is a tag (shown in the pictures, but it is blurry) that says ESE Gift Shop. Juan M. Mendoza, 5. Madrid. There are also two pieces of paper with the numbers 11 and 15 on them. I don't know if those hold any significance, but it couldn't hurt to mention it. Looks like they came in sets with anywhere from 5 to the 17 pictured here.  According to this ad they're from the 60's.
