How come when I search for Bittesweet I can not find.  But I can find Bittersweet?

Must be a typo  .   Kinda different, sure matches the pattern of Bittersweet Japan, never ran into this personnally so the best I would put it is a typo on the part of the factory.

Could "BITTESWEET" be a repro of a "BITTERSWEET" piece?

At replacements it only had bittersweet listed as a pattern for Harmony House, think they would list another one under bittesweet.  and the pattern matched bittersweet.

What is refired?  Have found this term and do not understand

In ceramics, sometimes a piece is refired to get different effect with the glaze, usually after adding additional glaze to an already-glazed piece.
