Help with Pictures

Hi All,

         I have two pictures i dont no much or anything about, so would like your help on identification and value if possible. one is signed by:  W F Ling dimentions of2ft 2inc high and 3ft 8inc width with guilt style frame.
 The other one looks like a constable so i'm told with dimentions of 2ft 4inc high 2ft width, guilt edge frame, hope these pics work, thanks for looking.

Can you tell if they are originals or reproductions?

No idea, but the big picture is an oil  on canvas, the constable print is on a board backing, but cant see any signiture.

Thanks for posting your items , wads .

I'm wondering if you could/would post an image of the back of the painting (& its' frame) that you've described as an 'oil on canvas' ?
Perhaps posting a close-up of the signature (on one of the paintings) might help folks here with I.D. assitance too .

Do you have any idea about the history/provenance of your items  that you'd feel comfortable/willing to post about here ?

Hi Fancypants,

                     Sorry din't reply sooner, but had work commitments.
                     Will take some extra pics soon for you/people to take a closer look, but nothing to exciting on the back of the pic, just lots of dust.
                       but i dont know what to look for.
                       As for the history of it, all i know is that it's been in my Dads side of the family for years, and had been handed down to me.
