Attic Find (part 3) ornate brass and wood stand

This is a brass and wood stand, looks like fish near the feet and maybe a vineyard scene on top.
Thinking maybe a cake stand, ashtray ??

It is a very nice "free standing" ashtray ....... and should shine up to be awful purty ....... but I guess not very PC anymore.  ;D ;D

Ashtrays may be a bit out of the PC World, but are starting to be very collectible.  Most ashtrays I have posted did sale.  This being a very unique looking one would sure to be a hit amongst those collectors.

Need to do some research under tobacco-mania and paraphernalia!  These are collectible but not $$$$$.
