R GALLON PAINTING W/PHOTOS

can someone tell me anything about this artist and his works? Does this have value and where do I get an appraisal?

thanks when I found this I just fell in love with it. The only thing I know is that it's old late 1800 to very early 1900. I have found some things on him but still can't get what it might be worth.

Here are a few links for you.  Looks like the painting is called "Morning".  If its the real thing I imagine its quite valuable.  There are a ton of reproductions of the painting.

He was a British artist born in 1845 and died in 1925.

What does the back of the picture look like?  Any word/markings on the frame?

There were reproductions made of this which make it less $$$

Size/Dimensions?
