I am curious about the age of this Apollo item:

and the approximate age and origin of this glass which is part of a set:

Both items come from a central texas farming community about the turn of the 19th/20th centuries

Apollo Silver Co. was founded in New York in 1885 and was succeeded by Bernard Rice's Sons c.1899. The company made silver plated items. Bernard Rice's Sons used "Apollo Silver Co." as one of its marks. They continued in business under this name until going out of business the end of 1958.

Quadruple plate is silver plated. This term wasn't generally used after 1900.

Could you please post dimensions of the piece and an interior pic of top and bottom?
I'm from the South - but please don't mistake my Southern Manners/Accent/Charm as a weakness!
