Empire England can someone identify this please

hello its got empire england marked on the bottom and the numbers 12 51 any information on it would be great thanks.

Here's a similar dish from the same series. It is dated as being 1950's It has a starting bid of £1.69, with no bidders so far.

Did a little more searching, the pattern is called "Crinoline Lady". Crinoline is the old word for a hoop skirt. You can find lots of this pattern by doing a google search for "Crinoline Lady". Pieces are selling for about $20 and under.

Yes they were mass produced.
I'm from the South - but please don't mistake my Southern Manners/Accent/Charm as a weakness!
