Pretty Salt and Pepper shaker. Is it pewter, kind of has the slight gray look of pewter. This will be really hard to find the origin on it. First with just japan as a marking says this was made for import, this could any of the hundreds possible. It is for sure considered post 40's, and I would gamble on it being post 70's, so basically the value would be based on it looks and finding the right shaker collector, and there are lots of them, but so is the amount of unique shakers out there. I would place the value on around $20.00 right time and right buyer. Personnally I will only pay $5.00 for a shaker, on a really unique and hope to get $20.00.
