Antique stained glass window

Hello, I hope to find someone who can tell me something about the stained glass window, see picture.
According to family records, this window was imported/ brought by a Belgium family member, and placed in a family mausoleum in the US. The family member brought the window to the US between 1910-1915. I would like to know where it originally came from, and who manufactured it. Thank you.  C.P.D

BEAUTIFUL  piece I can not help with maker or age but  I would begin a search of makers of stained glass for churches in Belgium. Really needs to be seen by an expert. I don't know what area you are from but I would consider having some type of plexy glass installed  by someone in the know on each side to prevent damage ( not touching the piece and leaving space for air flow).  You could try & contact this site to see if they can help www.beaumontleadgla ss.com  good luck
