« on: November 26, 2010, 01:09:04 pm »
It says ADLER GONG on the inside works. It has a nice beveled glass door. The wood is almost black.I think its oak.  It is German ? Correct ? Would like to know the age and value .

Here is a Jerome&Co it's in pretty good shape. Age/ value anyone ?

Before I lose track of this link I'm going to post it here for you. Looks to be a great place to get info on all your clocks.

I'm thinking your second pic is an 8 day Ogee, which might put it around mid 1800's.........still looking  ;)

Top one is German, but many clock makers used Adler Gongs!
I'm from the South - but please don't mistake my Southern Manners/Accent/Charm as a weakness!
