Hi,

Your mantle clock looks as if it dates to the turn of the last century, and judging by the label it is probably 1890 - 1900

What it's worth depends upon a number of issues .. condition, whether it is working, just how scarce that model is. There is a forum dedicated to clocks and watches, that is absolutely brilliant for seeking help with clocks, but, IMO, not so hot on watches (pretty much 'boys and their toys'). It's the NAWCC and the link is:

Can't advise re the other, some of the other members might be able to help, but I think they'd appreciate more photos.

Good luck!

Like Mario said your clock dates around 1900 to 1910 approx. Its not a particularily rare one. I looked on ebay and found 4 listed with same case, maker, ect. Prices were under $200. listing price. Only one even had a bid and it was $99. !!
Shade looks to be modern, I saw an electrical cord in the pic, guess it was for the hanging lamp / shade.  I would guess around 1970 or later.
