Hutschenreuther Gelb China
« on: May 25, 2004, 08:13:21 pm »
I have a large amount of this China. I cannot find any information about it.  It is my great-aunt's China and has probably been around since early 1900.

There is a circle with a lion in it on the back. Under the Lion it says Bavaria  and under that it says Germany.

The colors are blue/pink and gold around the edges.  The pattern is flowers around the edges.

I would appreciate any information about this China. I broke a couple pieces in a move and I want to find a replacement.

Thanks!

Go make yourself a pot of coffee, then prepare to do a lot of scrolling on this site:

http://www.replacements.com/china/HUT.htm

If you click on the left blue margin, all the pattern pages will open up with pictures.  So keep going next, etc., until you see your pattern.

And try this to date your pieces:
