No size given so hard to tell what you have. Tias has a large and a small for $55 and $40 http://www.tias.com/389/InventoryPage/11135/1.html  I have also seen the pair for $75.  This site gives some history on Howard Pierce http://www.howardpierceceramics.com/Howard_Pierce_Ceramics/Welcome.html  There is a pair on eBay with a BIN for $49.99.

If there any chips or flakes, the value would be considerably lower.
