I have this really strange-looking spoon. It has a pointed lip and
on the underside of the handle is stamped
"C.F. McKinney". To the right of this name is stamped a star and then to the right of that is stamped an eagle. On the other side of the handle someone's initials are engraved. Nowhere on it is stamped anything concerning silver, silver plate, plate or sterling.
But it looks like tarnished silver. I've been all over the internet  but I can't find any information about this spoon.
