What is the name of the city on the fourth photo?
They so similar.

To me it looks like Paris in the 4th pic. I can't place the castle though. But Paris has those same steeples, and bridges. I could be wrong though  :'(

I'm not convinced that it is Paris. The Needles weren't put into place until the 1830s - 1840s, and I don'tr think that Paris has changed that much in c170 years, and where is the Seine? I think it might be Edinburgh.

The second one certainly looks familiar and Quakers spring to mind, but then again, I'm sure that the one that I'm thinking of has a dog in it ... ???

Nice work Mario!!  ;D I had doubts about Paris but the skyline looked like it. The castle was the doubt I had, because i could not find any castles in Paris that looked similar. I'm Kinda jealous, that was a fun research  ;D

I must admit that I didn't immediately recognise it. I was trying to recall all the cities still with walls and could dismiss a few such as York and Carcassonne. Then i took a closer look at the etching and  realised that the hills and scenery  were a bit of a give-away. I now know that Edinburgh has an Obelisk as well as that very gloomy looking prison!  ;D
