My guess here is first I'm almost certain it is Silverplate.  I think the orgin is Middle Easter, Arabic, Iran, and Etc.  Base on the stamp and the overall Pattern.  I did look though my books earlier and came up short.  My guess is also the age of the pot is Post 40's, or after the great Silverplate era, These items was mostly made for Holiday and Export.  I think it is a very Unique item for sure, and would most likey be kinda of a rare item overall.

Ok I know this may be an odd question not knowing exactly who made it or where its from. But would anyone have an approximate value on this teapot ?

In my neck of the woods $15 to $25.
I'm from the South - but please don't mistake my Southern Manners/Accent/Charm as a weakness!

About the same here in Texas,,$15. to $25. Silver plate is not as collectable as in years past !!  And what is being collected is either made here or in the UK for the most part.

Not sure about the neck of the woods here, I deal only with the ebay world for the most part.  I personnally would bump that value up a bit,  A  Rodgers, International or Onieda in Excellent condition will for the most part get you that eventually.  Keep in mind Many teapots on Ebay and compatition is high.   First thing in your favor is you don't have a common Name Teapot, This should bump the price up a few dollars.  Then it is Footed and with a unique design not to mention a wonderful hallmark, I would pay 10.00 just to get that hallmark logged in my records  ;).  It Does appear to be Post 40's and maybe somewhat of a Export item, but I would bet it was not mass produced, making your pot a bit rare for sure.  I think in my hands on ebay and a few postings I would get $40.00 to maybe $60.00 for it.
