I have these knives, dont know how old they are or origin. Someone said they may have an alibaster handle, maybe ivory, not sure. Does anyone know anything about these and what they might be worth?

Welcome to the forum nchummingbird.  Can you possibly upload larger pics?  These don't enlarge at all in order to show detail.
