The second knife appears to be a carving set with carving knife and fork made to look like a fish when assembled.  Appears to be quality made.  I'm not sure about knives made in India but Pakistani knives are generally good quality at a modest price.  Its the first carving set, self contained, that I've ever seen.  One and a half foot knife is quirw a knife.  I checked our carving set and the knife is 14" amd the fork the same.

The whole thing put together was that long. The actual blade is just under 8 inches, the blade is 1cm thick and the fork is 6 3/8. Thanks for the input, jondar. I like this set.
