antique brass floor lamp

Could anybody tell me how old this lamp might be and could be worth? I think its from 1950s.

I would say 40`s swing arm most likely !! Could be early 50`s !! Styles began to change after that !!  Value,,, about $50. to $75 !!  Good using lamp !!
