LINEGAR whistle

Hi I have just found in my collection a pig nose brass whistle. The whistle has the name LINEGAR between a star and a crown. I have looked on two sites, the whistle museume and the whistle shop. Both these websites talk about how rare a J Linegar of Birmingham is as the company did not trade for long but made first class whistles.
Have emailed the whistle shop but dont know if they still pick up their emails as they did not get back to me, and the whistle museume has no way of contact.
Would love to how much it is worth and where to take it to.
