Ultra Rare? LBL ITALY Gold
« on: February 12, 2012, 01:04:42 pm »
I have this flatware set and I can't find the Gold Pattern ANYWHERE on the net, Silver Pattern yes @ http://images.replacements.com/images/images5/flatware/L/lbl_italy_lbi1_silverplate_unknown_piece_for_imaging_P0000227575S0001T2.jpg
On all the pieces it reads: LBL  ITALY PLATED A 800 EP Zing. If Anyone has any information about these pieces Please respond. Below are some images of what I have.

EP Zinc means Electro plated zinc. Here is a link
Advice: Do NOT put that in the dishwasher. It will pit.

I just googled "LBL Italy gold plated flatware" and found a bunch of it !! Ebay has it and Goodwill store as well as many more !! Electroplate is not expensive or hard to find !!  Has such a tiny layer of gold its almost non existant !!
